  1. Vista Video Launching October 2018 in Chester

  2. Vista Video Vista Video is next-generation video with enhanced functionality and in-home streaming on multiple devices. As TruVista rolls out this new technology across the company, customers in both DSL and cable plant areas will enjoy functionality like user-friendly interactive program guide, Cloud DVR, Restart and Catch-Up TV. Video will be available on multiple devices within the customer’s home network – TVs, tablets, and phones. NOTE: Vista Video is not “TV Everywhere” – customers will be able to access on multiple devices within their home network but not outside the home. • Vista Video will be accessed on tablets and phones via Vista Video app. • Customers will continue to access TV Everywhere portal via TruVista app.

  3. DSL vs Cable Plant geography DSL area: Customers in DSL areas will now be able to subscribe to Video service from TruVista. In DSL areas, Vista Video is provided via the Internet*, with the added bonus of a user-friendly interactive program guide and functionality. *Customers need to have 50Mbps Broadband to subscribe to Vista Video. Cable Plant area: Current customers: will not be impacted by the launch of Vista Video. They will continue to use their current boxes and receive the same lineup they have now. If a current customer decides to recontract, then they will shift into the new packages and can receive Vista Video equipment and functionality. New or recontracting customers: as each area launches the new service, new customers will receive Vista Video, with new packages that include Vista Video Gateway STB, enhanced functionality and user-friendly features.

Features • Interactive Program Guide – user-friendly guide with enhanced functionality • Find and manage content and recorded programs • Search for programming by name, content or actor • Set reminders, autotune or parental controls • Set up user profiles for up to 5 users per account • Set favorites – each member of the family can set their favorite networks to view • Cloud DVR – programming stored in server, with up to 200 hours of HD storage

Features • In-Home Streaming – watch programming on multiple devices • Not available for all programming; some channels will only be available for viewing on TVs that have a Vista Video Gateway (Agora or Kamai STB) • Restart – if a program is still in progress, Restart allows viewer to go back to beginning, even if program wasn’t recorded • Not available for all programming • Catch-Up TV – go back up to 3 days to catch a show you missed • Not available for all programming • Video on Demand – coming later

  6. Availability Vista Video will roll out to Chester/Lewisville/Great Falls DSL areas starting October 1. Chester Cable Plant will launch in October, followed by other markets in SC and GA. To determine availability, look for “Vista Video” column in Lookup Table.

Packages & Pricing We are introducing new packages and pricing that will make it simpler for customers to select the products they want while continuing to offer deeper discounts for customers who subscribe to multiple services. Overview below - see attached handout for details. • TruBuilder/Silver/Gold/Platinum packages will be discontinued as each area launches Vista Video. • Introductory promo discounts will also be phased out. • Focus sales message on discounts/savings that each package provides and enhanced functionality and benefits of the Vista Video platform.

  12. Technical Information Customers on Managed Network (DSL area) need minimum of 50Mbps of bandwidth to subscribe toVista Video. Customers on Cable Plant do not have minimum Broadband requirement. TruVista recommends 100Mbps or higher to ensure bandwidth for optimal experience across multiple devices in the home.
