  1. Accessing Funding Opportunities Eligibility criteria for the EMDG states that eligible goods must be made in Australia. If the goods are not made in Australia, the CEO of Austrade must be satisfied that Australia will derive a significant net benefit from the sale of the goods outside Australia. To confirm this eligibility, a number of criteria are outlined under Section 24b of the EMDG guidelines.
