  2. Signing in to the Armadale Heritage Branch Website • Type the following web address into your web browser and hit Enter. • http://armadaleheritage.ulyssesclub.org/Home.aspx • or • 2. Go to your Google search box and type in Ulysses Armadale Heritage which • should bring up a listing that includes our club website address. Click on the line • and this should take you to the site home page. 3. Good idea to save the website address to your Favourites so that you can easily call it up later. Web Info Pack Version 1.1

  3. Armadale Heritage Branch Website Home Page Ulysses NatCom Website can be accessed by clicking on this icon, more on this later. Various Social network access icons. Remember that we also have a Facebook page. This icon will open a page called “Expression of Interest To Join” the Ulysses Club. Would be used by people interested in joining our club. Where ever you are in the website you can return to the home page by clicking on Home. The Home Page has been designed so that you can quickly ascertain what rides and social events are available or planned. The following menu resides at the bottom of each web site page, more on this later. Web Info Pack Version 1.1

  4. Armadale Heritage Branch Website Home Page (Ride Calender) Ride Calender Information related to various rides will be detailed in this area. The date displayed is the forecast date of the ride. By clicking onto the red text the item will open and display additional information. See below. Additional information including photo’s, web links etc. may also appear in this area to help you understand what is involved with this item. Note :To view Ride Reports go to NEWS>Ride Reports. By clicking on the red text the item will open and display additional information. See below. This entry includes a website address that when opened would in this case detail the dinner venue. A photo of the venue has also been included in this entry. Note that double clicking on photo’s in either the Ride Calender or Social News will open a larger sized photo. Web Info Pack Version 1.1

  6. Armadale Heritage Branch Website About Us The About Us page includes basic information on the Ulysses Club as a whole and the Ulysses Armadale Heritage Branch as well as detailing the location and timing of our Branch Monthly Meetings and Sunday Rides. Web Info Pack Version 1.1

  7. Armadale Heritage Branch Website Rides & Social Events The Rides & Social Events page includes all Rides and Social Events items in calendar order.   8. Armadale Heritage Branch Website News The News page contains all the information related to the groups as listed under Category. Category To simplify finding the item you are interested in, first select a group as listed under Category. After clicking on one of these groups, only those items related to that group will appear on the left hand side of the page. Group Definitions Branch Classifieds, members can advertise items For Sale in this section. Branch Documents, members can access various branch related documents in this section. Branch Members, various photo’s of members including first names appear in this section. Branch Merchandise, related merchandise info and specials will appear in this section. Please note for the complete range of items visit the Natcom website. Honour Roll, lists of branch officers over the years. Ridden On, our opportunity to recognise members that have “Ridden On”. Ride Reports, this is where ride reports will be listed. Note all items in the various groups are listed In calendar order. Web Info Pack Version 1.1

  10. The Armadale Heritage Branch Website and the Ulysses Natcom Website Why two sites? Armadale Heritage Branch Website This website contains our local branch information and is used to advise members of rides, events, local news etc. It is not our intention to duplicate things that can be found on the national (Natcom) website. Information such as a comprehensive list of Ulysses merchandise and AGM details are on the Natcom site. Ulysses Natcom Website This site is operated by our National committee and includes additional information. Note the additional menu items listed on each page of the site. The information on this site is orientated on a national basis. Note that by selecting Branches you can access other Ulysses branch websites. The Armadale Heritage Branch website is a subset of the Ulysses Natcom website so you should be comfortable accessing either as they have the same basic layout. Web Info Pack Version 1.1

Clicking on this icon on any page in our website, that is the Armadale Heritage Branch website. OR 3.   12. The Ulysses Natcom Website Log In This is the Ulysses Natcom Website Home Page. Access the various site pages via the menu system. To be able to access all the content of the Natcom website you will need to click on the Log In icon. You will then be presented with this Log In where you will need to enter your Member ID and Password. These details should have been previously emailed to you by Natcom and consists of your membership number with additional zero’s to make up a six digit number and a password. Any queries in regard to this ID and password can be discussed with Natcom On 1300 134 123. Web Info Pack Version 1.1
