  1. *百 部 Radix Stemonae(英) Stemona Root P413 来源:百部科植物 直立百部 Stemona sessilifolia (Miq.) Miq 蔓生百部S. japonica (Bl.) Miq. 对叶百部S. tuberosa Lour.的干燥块根。

  2. 植物形态 • 直立百部：草本、蔓生、直立。块根簇生，肉质，纺锤形。茎直立，不分枝。叶3～4片轮生 。花单生，淡绿色，多数生于茎下部鳞叶腋内（叶上生花） • 蔓生百部：茎下部直立，上部蔓状。 • 对叶百部：茎缠绕；叶对生 。

  3. 理化鉴别 • 1.生物碱沉淀反应： • 碘化铋钾 橙红 • 硅钨酸试液 乳白 • 2.薄层色谱：用硅胶G板，氯仿-甲醇（8∶2）展开，碘化铋钾试液显色，显橙红色斑点。

  4. 药理作用 • 1. 杀虫作用百部水浸液和醇浸液对体虱和阴虱均有杀灭作用，还对蝇蛆、孑孓、柑桔蚜等10余种害虫有杀灭作用。 • 2. 镇咳、祛痰和平喘作用百部生物碱能降低动物呼吸中枢的兴奋性，抑制咳嗽反射。 • 3. 抗病原微生物作用百部乙醇浸液对金黄色葡萄球菌、白色葡萄球菌、乙型溶血性链球菌、炭疽杆菌、肺炎球菌、痢疾杆菌等有抑制作用。

  5. 功效 • 性微温，味甘、苦。能润肺下气止咳，杀虫。用于新久咳嗽，百日咳，肺痨咳嗽；外用于头虱，体虱，蛲虫病，阴痒。用量3～9g。外用适量，水煎或酒浸。
