International Baccalaureate is a non-profit educational system that has 3 programs: PYP, MYP (Mark Bills- in process), & DP (Richwoods) Created to provide a consistent and quality education Promotes global-mindedness The PYP emphasizes creating a thematic, inquiry-based curriculum across the subjects and disciplines IB can be found at private and public schools

  3. Where are we now? Authorized by the district Submitted necessary paperwork (Interested Schools Form & School Information Form) Begin training Establish IB culture and spread information throughout the school community

  6. Learner Profile Flower Read the definition of your IB Learner Profile attribute Design a petal with your group that illustrates your attribute Share the IB Learner Profile definition and present your petal interpretation

  7. Soaring Higher with the IB Learner Profile Spread the words to the students and families about IB and the Learner Profile Sign-up for your first IB lesson on what it means to be an inquirer
