Come see hockey / promotion • Promotion goals: • Long-term improvement of the image of the ice-hockey extraleague in the Czech Republic • Increase of its attractiveness and visit rates of individual stadiums • Presentation of Czech ice-hockey partners: Budvar, Český Telecom, Tipsport, Česká pojištovna, and their products • Make use of emontionals! • Creative solution: • Transfer of attractive ice-hockey components into localities, whose character represents competition to leisure time activities of our target groups, in order to create as faithful stadium atmosphere as possible • Project support: • Sponsors’ message – TV spot (30 seconds) • Nation-wide advertising in the most popular papers and magazines • Web campaign at the most frequently visited servers • Regional radios in the Czech Republic • PR (TV discussions, journalist contests)

Come see hockey / promotion • Key project pillars: • Election of the nice guy of the extraleague: 2 rounds of elections of the nicest ice-hockey player at www.jsnh.cz – the winner was announced during a Gala evening on ČT1. • Charitable collection in support of children’s homes and houses all over the whole Czech Republic: The partners paid CZK 1.00 for every visitor of any extraleague match from the 30th game round of the basic group up to the end of play-off – these funds were donated to abandoned, ill or handicapped children. • Ice-hockey fly teams: Three-member teams in special costumes traveled all over the country. They competed for great prizes and tickets for often sold out ice-hockey matches with visitors of Budvar restaurants, Tipsport bars, including customers at branches of Česká pojišťovna and Český Telecom - Telepoints. • Ice-hockey roadshow:A tour over the country with 14 stops – for the 14 extraleague clubs. At every stop the biggest local shopping center changed into an ice-hockey arena, including audio-video projection, barriers, stands, professional chearleaders, and most importantly, local club ice-hockey players. Visitors will enjoy not only their autograph session with ice-hockey stars, but also a special program full of interactive games.

Come see hockey / promotion • Project results in figures: • Our partners provided children with a total of CZK 996,483 (extraleague matches played during the project period, i.e. 5 months). • The charitable collection helped to 14 children’s homes/houses meet some of their basic needs or dreams. • The www.jsnh.hokej.cz website was visited by 458,526 visitors during the project period. • Results of the Election of the nice guy of the extraleague was broadcast live in the whole country during the prime time of ČT4 Sport. • During all of our roadshows our promotional teams contacted over 40,000 visitors and other 100,000 thanks to visibility of the arena and its components. • The Fly ice-hockey teams contacted more than 25,000 persons. Approximately85 % of them competed for prizes. We distributed more than 3,500 ice-hockey tickets. • PR articles are continuously published in papers/magazines like MF Dnes, Právo, Hattrick, Playboy etc.
