Building a Successful Team starts with categorize your list into 3 groups.   Reds- People you up to! Open minded positive leaders, go getters, visionaries, risk takers, already successful, strong sense of influence looking for an opportunity. Spend over 80% of your time with these people.  Greens-Your peers, coachable but skeptical, have some questions but once they get hooked into the system get some questions answered and will move forward.
