  4. ABRFC Upper Zone Soil Moisture Anomaly (based on averages from 1996-2011) Most of SW MO 100-110 % of normal

  5. MBRFC Experimental Moisture Index • All of our northern and central SGF basins over 80 percent saturated

  9. Flood Risk on Saturday • Saturated soils and heavy rainfall could lead to flooding on Saturday, mainly along and south of I-44.
