  3. Practice! • Environmental concerns have become a major issue in our society. Think about the environment issues facing society today and what can be done to help. Write to explain what you can do to help the environment. • Type of Essay? • What is Task? • Vocabulary? Informational/Expository Explain what you can do to help the environment. Issues, facing, society, help, environment

  4. Due to the increasing number of environmental issues in our society, there are many solutions to fix each issue.

  5. Practice! • Many people accuse fast food companies of being responsible for the problem of obesity in America. Think about whether fast food restaurants or consumers are responsible for the increase in obesity. Convince the reader who is more responsible for the problem of obesity in America—fast food restaurants or individual consumers. • Type of Essay? • What is Task? • Vocab?
