SUMMARY Ist Quarter: 01.07.09 to 30.09.09 • ULRT 206 is jointly sponsored by JPRT 171 & JHRT 185. • Inauguration of ULRT 206 on 2nd May 2009 with 15 members officially inducted by the then National President Tr. Pranay Trivedi. • Fellow ship events from time to time by arranging events like Night cricket match , coffee outing and picnic etc. • Service Project Includes Tree plantation & distribution of clothes / sweets to the student of Govt. Primary School – Deva Magra – Udaipur on 15th August 2009. • Major Fund raising activity – Treasure Hunt was conducted in the month of August 2009. The event was very successful . About 60 cars participated in the event and a sum of Rs.3.15 lacs was collected. • The club was Chartered on 12th of September 2009 at Kumbhalgarh.

  3. Formal inauguration of ULRT 206 ULRT 206 had its grand Inaugration at JAGAT FARMS, Udaipur on 02-05-2009.

  5. Independence day celebration and 1st Community service project was conducted by distributing Clothes / sweets & tree plantation at Govt. Primary School – Devra Magra- Udaipur on 15-08-2009 also being witnessed by NVP Mr. Manish Bhanushali.

  6. TWO NEW MEMBERS WERE INDUCTED IN THE FOLD OF ULRT 206 NARENDRA SHARMA INDUCTION DATE: 01-08-2009 SARFARAZ TOBWALLA INDUCTION DATE: 06-09-2009

  7. Charter at Kumbalgarh on 12-09-2009

  8. Social at Tr. Gautam Hinger Residence on 27th June 2009 – A NIGHT CRICKETMATCH

  9. Picnic at Tr. Abhishek Pokharna Farm House On 26th July 2009 Also attended by NVP Mr. Manish Bhanushali where He promised to give Rs.1 Lac from RTI Trust for our Sunshine account.

  10. HRD TRAINING SESSION BY NVP MANISH BHANUSHALI ON 25-07-2009 BEING JOINTLY HELD WITH ART 40

  11. Treasure HUNT-First Fund raising activity conducted by ULRT in the month on 30-08-2009. The event was very successful with more than 60 cars participated and a sum of Rs.3.15 lacs was collected. The event was widely covered by almost all possible media in Udaipur

  13. As an initiative to promote the feeling of oneness amongst the fellow members of table and their respective families, we send flower bouquet on the birthdays of all Tablers. And every tabler has taken an initiative to contribute a sum of Rs.2100 towards sunshine account on their birthday.

  14. ACTION PLAN FOR 2nd QUARTER: 01.10.2009-31.12.2009 • October : • ULRT 206 is enhancing Fellowship within the table. We are organizing multiple Social Activity in the month of October. • DHANLAXMI NIGHT : 15th October 2009 • CRACKERS NIGHT : 18th October 2009 • DIWALI MILAN : 11th October 2009 • Implementation of Fund Raised to the project and its overlooking. • November : • ULRT 206 will celebrate the RTI week & Children’s Day in a big way. • For Publicity ULRT 206 is in talks with The Times of India, Udaipur Edition & Big 92.7 FM Radio to promote and publicize Round Table and create awareness for the same. • December : • Training session on Leadership & Personality Development shall be organized by ULRT 206 for members. • Fund Raising: A Movie Premier is planned in last week of December 09
