  1. Pre-registration with ParentLink A-TECH will be using the Pre-Registration Component of ParentLink to register students for the 2012-2013 school year

  2. Phases of the Pre-Registration Process • Teacher Recommendations (Feb 6-8)-Teachers recommend current students for the 2012-2013 school year on line. • Student/Parent Requests (February 9-12) on line. • Counselors meet with students individually (February 23–March 16) to review course recommendations and elective selections and register students for the 2012-2013 school year.

  3. Student/Parent Request Phase (February 9-12)) • Student and or parents log in using their ParentLink login and password at http://parentlink.ccsd.net. • Students may view teacher selections, however, they may not make selections themselves. Students can pick electives.

  5. Forms The following forms are located at: forms button Senior Reduced Schedule Student Aide Course Challenge Senior Course Exception Program Change Honors Agreement Office Aide

  6. Counselor Phase-February 23-March 16 • Counselors Review Recommendations/Requests and make necessary adjustments . (Review posted pre-registration timeline)

  7. Computer Access • Library will be available before school and after school for students who do not have computer access at home. REMINDER • Strict pre-registration scheduling guidelines must be observed.
