  3. Letter of Intent (LOI) Process • Letter of Intent will operate on a 5 year cycle with 3 reporting requirements: • Budget Sheet/Budget Justification • Annual Update to LOI • Full LOI

  4. Letter of Intent Process:Budget Sheet/Justification – due yearly Budget Sheet & Budget Justification due within 60 days of the budget allocation being published • Blank excel budget sheets found at http://www.csrees.usda.gov/ business/reporting/efnep.html

  5. January Letter of Intent Process:Annual Update – due yearly Annual Update due January 15th • Update should include: • Updated data for outcome and impact indicators • Noteworthy changes your program (if applicable) • Can also include: • Success stories or qualitative reports on your program

  6. Letter of Intent (LOI) Process:Full LOI – due every 5 years • Full Letter of Intent due every five years • Should include information on: • Geographic area to be served, • Targeted audience, • Curricula, • Intended community partnerships, • Outcomes and impacts, • Recruitment and training for staff, and • Strategies for communication between institutions.
