This study evaluates office occupiers' needs and preferences, focusing on cultural differences and generation gaps in workplace design. It identifies critical factors for organizations to consider at individual and organizational levels. The study explores how cultural differences and generations influence the physical, virtual, and behavioral aspects of the workplace, examining Hofstede's 5 Cultural Dimensions. By addressing nationality, ethnicity, and citizenship, it provides insights for companies to enhance workplace design. Real estate companies across countries can benefit from this research to tailor workplace preferences and needs for different generations. The study involves focus groups, questionnaires, interviews, and observations to gather data on multi-generational and gender aspects of cultural differences.
