Evaluating Returns on Investment from the ECCL Fellows Program

The ECCL Fellows Program focuses on enhancing community engagement, fostering partnerships, promoting equity, improving wellness, and ensuring sustainability in Emeryville. With modest investments in youth, staff stipends, and program coordination costing less than 0.6% of the total project funds, the anticipated returns include greater community cohesion and enhanced quality of life. An annual program evaluation will demonstrate these outcomes, and with success, we will seek additional grant funding to expand the program's capacity.
