  7. Low Cost Maintenance • Low cost replacement of print head, cutterand PCB. Simply remove the front printer cover to access the cutter and print head or black plate to access the main printer circuit • board (PCB).

  8. How to Replace the Cutter Unit Remove the cutter unit. (2 screws) Unplug the sensor connector Remove the front cover How to Replace the Stationary Knife Rear Cover Unit Remove 4 screws. Replace the Stationaryknife. (same as TSP654)

  9. How to Replace the Thermal Print Head Remove the cutter unit. Remove the cutter unit. (2 screws) Remove the front cover. How to Replace the Main PCB Disconnect the head connector from the flexible flat cable. Replace the head unit. • Disconnect the connectors. • Replace the Main PCB. • (4 screws) Remove the board chassis . (4 screws for chassis, 2 screws for I/F)
