Google Searching • Less is more • Spelling doesn’t count • Search within a site (site:garrett.edu) • Search by file type (taxes filetype:pdf) • Ignore specific words (football -Packers) • Get word definitions (define: exegesis) • Search similar terms (holiday ~dessert recipes) • Search for exact phrase (“healthcare reform”) • Start off simple
