  1. BatteryAssembly Step 1：Disassemble battery case Turn the battery case upside as the pictures show. 1 2 1 2 1 2 As shown in picture 1/2/3/4: Remove 8 pcs ST4*16 screws from the four sides of the battery cover. 3 4 As shown in picture, remove the battery pad, 2 pcs springs and connection wire from inside the battery cover. 2 1 1 2

  2. BatteryAssembly Step 2: Assemble battery/wire 2 3 1 Install the battery pad in the middle of the lower battery case. Secure the big and small white wire contacts inside the battery case with the positive electrode of the battery. As shown in picture, install the 2 pcs batteries in the lower battery case. 4 5 6 As picture shown, connect the positive and negative electrodes with the connection wire disassembled earlier. Secure the big and small black wire contacts inside the battery case with the negative electrode of the battery. Organize the wires and secure them in slot so they won’t be jammed.

  3. BatteryAssembly Step 3: Close battery cover 2 3 1 Install the 2 pcs springs onto the bolt sleeves of the push button on the upper case. Align the 2 pcs spring with the holes on the lower battery case. Secure the thermal protector in the slot of the upper case. Ensure no wires are jammed before close the upper case.

  4. BatteryAssembly Step 4: Secure upper and lower cases. Turn the battery upward as pictures show. 1 2 1 2 1 2 As picture 1/2/3/4 show, secure the lower and upper cases with the 8 pcs ST4*16 screws on 4 sides. 3 4 Turn battery upright after the screws are secured. 2 1 1 2
