  2. Don't ever take your eyes for granted. Safeguarding your sight is one of the quintessential things you can do to help maintain the quality of life. You can wear contact lenses or eyeglasses to protect your eyes from harmful blue lights. Or, follow these easy tips to protect your vision and keep your eyes healthy.

  3. Get Healthy Balanced Diet • Try to consume the most vital nutrients such as omega-3 fatty acids, lutein, zinc, vitamin C, and vitamin E daily to strengthen your eyes toward age-related eye problems. You can get them in green leafy vegetables like spinach, collards, citrus fruits, and fish.

Avoid Excessive use of Digital Devices Excessive exposure to a computer screen not only cause neck, back, and shoulder pain but also with staring too long at a digital device that can affect your eye health severely. It may cause double vision, pain in eyes, difficulty in focusing far objects, and more. Try to use blue cut lenses or keep your computer screen within 20"-24" of your eye and adjust lighting to minimum level.
