  1. FOODS THAT WILL HELP YOU SLEEP BETTER In order to maintain good health and wellbeing throughout your life, sleep is essential. What occurs when you are asleep influences how you feel when you are awake. Eating healthy, well-balanced meals supports your body’s function and also impacts your sleep patterns. So, consuming healthy protein rich food before bed ultimately improves your sleep and overall health.

  2. Milk • We have always heard our ancestors recommend the consumption of dry fruits along with a glass of warm milk at night due to its numerous health benefits. In fact, this is very true as milk is rich in compounds such as tryptophan, calcium, vitamin D, and melatonin, which are essential for good health. Moreover, the childhood association that many have with a warm cup of milk combined with dry fruits helps to calm people’s nerves. This Photo by Unknown author is licensed under CC BY-NC.

  3. 2. Almond •  Almond is a type of nut with numerous health benefits. They are an excellent source of many nutrients such as proteins, phosphorus, and riboflavin. With all nutrients, almonds also contain a high amount of melatonin, a hormone that regulates the sleeping and waking cycle. Roasted Almonds are also rich in magnesium that may help to improve sleeping habits for those who have insomnia. Daily consumption of almonds provides good sleep quality and lowers the risk of getting chronic diseases. This Photo by Unknown author is licensed under CC BY-NC.

  4. 3. Chamomile Tea • You can buy dry fruits online and pair them with chamomile tea, a popular herbal tea that offers a variety of health benefits. Chamomile tea contains flavones, a class of antioxidants that are known for their anti-inflammatory properties. Studies suggest that drinking chamomile tea may help to reduce anxiety, boost immunity, and improve sleep quality. Therefore, incorporating chamomile tea into your daily routine, along with buying dry fruits online, can be a simple yet effective way to promote overall health and well-being. 5. 4. Fatty Fish • Adding a packet of dry fruits to your diet along with fatty fish can be a great way to boost your overall health. Fatty fish is a rich source of omega-3 fatty acids and vitamin D, which have been shown to help reduce internal inflammation and lower the risk of chronic diseases. Additionally, studies suggest that these nutrients can help regulate serotonin levels in the body, which is important for maintaining healthy sleep patterns. Therefore, incorporating dry fruits packet with fatty fish into your diet can be an excellent way to support your body’s overall health and well-being.

  6. 5. Kiwifruit • Adding healthy dry fruits to your diet, such as kiwifruit, can provide your body with numerous vitamins and minerals essential for good health. Kiwifruit is particularly rich in vitamins C and E, potassium, and folate. Research has also found that consuming kiwifruit can help improve sleep quality. In fact, a study showed that participants who ate two kiwifruits one hour before bedtime experienced faster sleep onset, better sleep duration, and improved sleep quality. This may be due to the combination of various chemicals, amino acids, enzymes, nutrients, and hormones found in kiwifruit, including tryptophan, melatonin, gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), calcium, potassium, and magnesium, which all work together to regulate the sleep cycle and promote good sleep.
