  7. P • PARTIES • Kinder is A LOT of work, but we get to celebrate too! You and your child can look forward to celebrations like: • Halloween Party • Thanksgiving Feast • Polar Express Pajama Party • Dance-a-thons • Zero the Hero • Field Day and MUCH MORE

  8. Q • QUESTIONS • A teachers worst nightmare • FINE---NOTHING • Ask thought provoking questions such as: • What did your hands touch today? • Which friend made you feel special today? • What question did you answer in class today?

R • READING! • Read everyday for at least 15-20 minutes • Point to each word as you read • Read stories with repetition-children can join • Discuss new words • ASK questions about the story as you read • REPORT CARDS • Assessments every couple weeks • Observations • CCSS aligned computer based program
