MOE Requirements • If average Gull population doubles in any given month in comparison to base year: • bird deterrent measures shall be enhanced • consider overhead wires and other state-of-the art techniques • Agreement with the Airpark. • Surface ponding of water shall be minimized. • Minimum height of grass: 12 cm to discourage bird loafing.
