This can be a client employee, integration team member or a third party • Integration may require 3rd party devices be installed in the target system • The end client needs to provide Integration team with a list of points in the target system that require integration and the list needs to clearly indentify monitor points (read) and control points (read/write). • End client needs to provide the integration team with access to the system during the life of the integration project – including any maintenance period
