This guide outlines the fluency assessment scoring criteria for evaluating student responses. It categorizes responses into three main levels: Beginning, Developing, and Fluent. The Beginning level encompasses incorrect answers, lack of response, or partial correctness. The Developing level includes correct answers but showcases student struggle, extended response times, or difficulty. The Fluent level signifies acceptable and timely correct responses without difficulty. For additional information, please visit the Kentucky Center for Mathematics website or contact them directly.
