Keep the PC in a communal area of the home • Tell children not to give out personal details including passwords • As a family, create your own Acceptable Usage Policy • Encourage your child to tell you if they feel uncomfortable, upset or threatened by anything they see on-line. • Know how to report Abuse • If your child closes a window or switches off the pc when you walk in the room… They are up to no good!
