Telecom Operators’ Activities • China Netcom • As official partner of Olympic, funded by Beijing Gov., keep developing new service as ITS, FA, Surveillance • All major IP backbone is IPv6-enabled, IPv6 has been a basic requirement to new equipments • China Telecom • 1st Trail network started from 2002 • Driven by CNGI project, all the major IP backbone networks of China Telecom are IPv6-capable or IPv6-enabled, IPv6 has been a basic requirement to new equipments
