Effects of DMSO and PF-573228 on Cell Adhesion in Panc-1 and UlaPaCa Cell Lines

This study investigates the influence of DMSO and PF-573228 at 1 μM concentration on cell adhesion in pancreatic cancer cell lines Panc-1 and UlaPaCa. Using serum-free medium (SFM) and a fold enhancement of 10% FBS, we assess the functional outcomes of these compounds on cellular adhesion properties. The results are visualized in Figure S2, illustrating the variation in adhesion patterns and the potential therapeutic implications for inhibiting cancer progression. Our findings contribute to the understanding of cell adhesion mechanisms in pancreatic cancer.
