  3. Process the stories Pretend you are a character in one of these stories.     Who would you be?     What might you do?     Why?     Do these stories matter in your context?         How, why? NEXT: Nature of the damage presentation

  4. Process the nature of damage What does "damage" look like in your setting? Consider the various roles: perpetrator, target, bystander, responder, ally?   What do you imagine each person is feeling/thinking? • Silently write on color-coded post-it notes  • Post on appropriate whiteboard for each role • Group  similar types of comments together • Draw arrows and make additional comments NEXT: Documenting the realities presentation
