  4. 3. Reinvigorating the riverside (+history) Existing D.P. Mitigation Pre-existing - marshland, open space - no access, alienated space - bringing back the historic features, reconnecting with Thames - no response to to the river

  5. 4. Sayes Court Park – forgotten garden Existing D.P. Mitigation Pre-existing - foreign cattle market, Sayes Court in original size - only 1/3 of the garden exists forgotten and neglected - bringing back the historic garden - no response to the park
