Dynamics Advisory Incentive (CSA) • Eligibility • Purpose • 1 • 2 • Incentive rates • Need to know • 3 • 4 Pay Advisors who provide pre-sales support for Microsoft Dynamics CRM On-Premises via VL and Microsoft Dynamics AX On-Premises via EA • Contracts: MPN membership and CSA agreement • Revenue performance: 12-month revenue roll must meet threshold • Cloud and On-Premise revenue count • 24-month grace period from first signing the CSA or new Authorizations • Certifications • CRM: 5 employees collectively taking a set of exams • AX: 5 employees collectively taking a set of exams • Partners access CSA claims and reporting via Partner Source • Requires 24-month CSA agreement signed electronically • Incentive paid on adjusted MSRP • Applicable licensing programs: • CRM: EA, Select/Plus, Open, Open Value, Academic • AX: Enterprise Agreements, Academic • Claims window is 90 days • Incentive guide and other resources available on MPN at aka.ms/partnerincentives * Based on customer location ** Excluding customers in China

Dynamics Advisory Incentive (OSA) • Eligibility • Purpose • 1 • 2 • Incentive rates • Need to know • 3 Reward and recognize partners for selling new Biz Apps Cloud seats (Dynamics, PowerApps, AI, MR) under EA, CASA/EES, MOSA, and OSPA* • Active MPN membership • Active CSA agreement at all times • Certifications: Min. number of employees taking product-specific exams • AX or CRM: 5 or more employees • 12-month revenue performance: • Mature Market: $100,000 • Emerging Market: $50,000 • Partners access OSA claims and reporting via Partner Center • To earn OSA Sell incentives, partners must claim transactions within 90 days  • D365 New Customer Add accelerator extended from 1st order to all orders for the first 12 months • Adding PowerApps, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Mixed Reality (MR) • Incentive guide and other resources available on MPN at aka.ms/partnerincentives • 4 * China only

Dynamics Advisory Incentive (OSU-DYN) • Eligibility • Purpose • 1 • 2 • Incentive rates • Need to know • 3 • 4 Reward partners for growing end customer active use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Services under EA, CASA/EES, and OSPA* • Incl. CSP when moving to workloads • Active MPN membership • Gold or Silver level competency in one of the following: • Partners access OSU claims and reporting via Partner Center • Partner/Customer association: shift to claims and departure from Digital Partner of Record (DPOR) • Claiming at subscription level starting 1 Oct with transition to association at workload level later in the program year.  • Monthly payments per rate card • OSU rate increased from 10% to 15% • Incentive guide and other resources available on MPN at aka.ms/partnerincentives * China only ** Competencies may be changed or retired with new Cloud Biz App competency coming (FY21)
