  7. Trust • Can’t have trust unless: • You are competent and sincere • You care about them and what it is that they do • Care about what you do and who you are

  8. Respect • You are knowledgeable, experienced, believable in 2 areas • Core Values • Expectations

  9. Core Values: • Tell the truth • Keep your word • Be fair • Respect individuals • Encourage intellectual creativity

  10. Expectations • Do the right thing (be trustworthy) • Do the best you can (be hardworking) • Treat other people as you would like to be treated (be caring)

  11. How To Create Your Culture • Must be believable • Must be directed toward common benefit (Jeffco driver) • Be an example • Better believe in ME !
