  1. Voting Equipment Delivery Schedule • Model 100 – 2,100 + delivered • One-Stop delivery (iVo’s & AutoMARK) - March 20 – March 31 • iVotronics – March 20 – April 7 • AutoMARK – March 27 – April 14 • Model 650 – delivery by April 7

PC SystemDelivery Schedule Each county that ordered a PC system will receive for the primary: • One (1) Dell Precision 670 MiniTower Workstation - 3.20GHz • One (1) OkiData B6300DN Laser Report Printer (w/Duplex Unit and Printer Cable) • ONLY ERM & HPM (if ordered) will be installed • Delivery not later than 3/31/06 • Setup should be done by IT Department - STAND ALONE ONLY – CALL IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS OR NEED HELP • District Election Technicians (DET’s) will be available to help setup equipment

  3. Training Each county will receive training for the equipment ordered for the primary: • iVotronic – 8 hours • Model 100 – 4 hours • AutoMARK – 4 hours • ERMS/SEIMS – 6 hours • Model 650 – 3 hours • You should start training in your county with small groups • Full Unity Training will be provided after the primary election • Training for the General Election will start early.

  4. Documentation Each county will receive a CD with documentation for: • iVotronic • Model 100 • AutoMARK • Model 650 • Unity

  5. Election Support • 43 Counties have purchased ES&S on-site support for 3 days. • A plan is being developed to provide limited support for the remaining 57 counties.

  6. Voter Outreach The Voter Education Task Force has prepared a limited program for the primary election: • SBE Website - Demo030806\map2.htm • County Website • Printed information with Judicial handouts

  7. Mock Election We are planning a Mock Election for the week of 4/17/06 • Counties will enter votes into Unity • The totals will be exported and converted for ENRS • Totals will be imported into ENRS • Totals will be uploaded to SBE

  8. Poll Workers Call In Results Deliver Results County Board of Elections Transmit Totals via ENRS Reports released by SBE Results received at SBE

  9. Surplus Equipment “If your purchasing department is not selling the decertified voting equipment to a jurisdiction outside of North Carolina, please consider contacting the vendor to find out if there are security concerns and if they have a recommended disposal method”.
