Analysis of Muon Events in 7 TeV Proton-Proton Collisions

This study focuses on the event selection and analysis of muon data collected from 7 TeV proton-proton collisions. We adhere strictly to the cuts detailed on our wiki page, ensuring consistency with previous results, including those obtained by Songming. The event samples utilized include EF_mu18_MG and EF_mu40_MSonly_barrel, and corrections using EnergyScaler have been applied to the data. Key results include plots of muon pairs and their associated photon characteristics (Mμμγ, pT of γ, and the eta distribution of γ).
