General Impact • More Spending on Security Technology:Communications, Computers, Military and Police, and Surveillance at Local, Regional and Global Levels • Increased Spending and Monitoring of Economic and Financial Transactions • Therefore, Cost of Doing Global Business Increases and Speed of Transactions Decreases

Impact on Business Operations • Productivity and Efficiency of Global Business Decrease in the Short- run and Increase in the Long-run • Attitudes Toward Crossborder Business More Cautious and Less Trusting into Distant Future • Recording and Monitoring with Cameras, Computers, X-Ray, and audio devices

Lord of the Ring and Fellowship of Coalition • Multilateral Organizations such as the UN, WTO, World Bank, IMF will restructure to fit into the new paradigm • New Paradigms of Government and Political Structures at Regional and Global Levels will Emerge: More Information Sharing and a Hierarchical Structure Among Countries and Global Authorities
