  2. Whatisit? Is one that is obtained from the use of the kinetic and potential energy from rivers, waterfalls and tides

  3. It is a type of green energy, which is friendly to the environment when environmental impact is minimal and uses the force of water without damages, otherwise it is considered only a form of renewable energy.

  4. water Water is the most essential characteristic of our planet with enormous potential for exploitation, it is not only used for drinking or cleaning but also as a renewable energy source.

  5. Watercycle • The sun heats the sea water causing it to evaporate, forming clouds. • These carry water to the highlands of continents where the discharge as rain or snow forming underground rivers and streams

  6. Hidraulicplants It is one that uses water power to generate electricity. They evolve from the old mills. These plants exploit the potential energy that the body of water has, a natural channel under a gradient, also known as jump geodesic.

Features It is renewable for not exhausted the primary source to exploit.Clean, producing no pollutants in their exploitation of any kind.Large dams cause great environmental impact.He brings a significant amount of electricity in many countries, in Spain 30%.There are also mini-hydro plants that besides being cheaper are much more respectful of the environment.

  15. Turbine Hall • In the turbine room transforms the kinetic energy of water into electricity that is incorporated into the power grid • The turbine is the core element which is responsible for transforming the kinetic energy of water into mechanical and pass through the axis of the alternator

  16. The alternator generates alternating current of high intensity and low voltage, this current is passed to a processor that makes low-intensity and high voltage making it easier to transport through the posts.
