  3. Candidate Pages • The following screenshots show examples of what candidates will see. • Departments may distribute a custom URL to candidates so they arrive at the department’s customized page directly.

  4. Faculty Search SystemScreenshots Search Screen – Generic Version: The example shown here is a demonstration of an non custom search page. Lists all open postings across all departments. Search bar will return results that match reference numbers, position titles and departments.

  5. Faculty Search SystemScreenshots Search Screen: Custom Version Departments may choose to customize their searches with a banner graphic, welcome text and links in the navigation bar. The example shown here is a demonstration of the customization. Only positions for the department are listed.

The candidate is given options to login or register if they wish to apply -or- If they are logged in already they will simply click apply (not shown). If the candidate has already applied, their application status is displayed (not shown).

  8. Faculty Search SystemScreenshots New Candidate Registration Confirmation Screen: The registrant must open the email and click the link inside to validate their registration. Prevents fake registrations. Confirms correct e-mail.

  9. Faculty Search SystemScreenshots Candidate Post Application Tracking: Lists postings that candidate has applied for. Indicates application status and date applied in addition to clickable link to the position detail.

  12. Faculty Search SystemScreenshots Manage Postings: Listing of all current and expired postings. Users only see the postings for the departments that they are allowed to manage.

  13. Faculty Search SystemScreenshots Create/Edit Postings: Simple form to create or edit postings. Previous positions may be reused to save time. Postings automatically stop accepting applications when expiration date passes.

  14. Faculty Search SystemScreenshots Create/Manage Users: Users are added by NetID. Administrative users may only add users to the departments that they are allowed to manage. Access control is designated by simply checking the appropriate boxes for each department.
