This document outlines critical dates and processes for the transition to the new Student Information System (SIS). Key milestones include a training environment by May 31, a production upgrade from June 1 to 3, and completion of academic advisement verification by June 24. The major 'cut-over' event occurs between July 8 and 18, during which current and historical student data will be migrated. Important pre-cut-over tasks include finalizing mark entries and informing relevant parties about withdrawals. Post-migration activities will ensure OSS and SIS are fully operational for students and administrators by early August.
