Adaptive Waveform Design for Full Spectral Dominance PI: Arye Nehorai Co-PI: Danilo Erricolo • Text • Text • Text • SubText • Application of the Geometrical Theory of Diffraction and of the recently developed Incremental Theory of Diffraction to obtain physically-based parametric models for electromagnetic wave propagation • Validation by comparison with other numerical methods, such as FD-TD, exact solutions and measurements • Development of parametric physically-based propagation models for electromagnetic waves to be jointly used with signal processing optimization methods • Development of UWB propagation models • Propagation model for the electromagnetic field that accounts for the clutter and metallic objects in the sea
