  5. Crucial question: annealing of RPVIf we will be able to save L3P strategy, there is very probable that NOT. Is it possible to modify fuel cycle strategy to minimize power production losses during equipment modernisation? Yes, if we change 12-month to 18-th fuel cycle. But it is contrary to the L3P strategy. LTO Project demand for fuel cycle I

  6. Is it possible to save L3P strategy (= low RPV dose) in 18-month fuel cycle in VVER-440? We have to search reserve enrichment – 4.95% limit assembly construction (lattice pitch, shroud or shroudless?, etc.) operational limits definitions. Start of analyses of VVER-440 6 x 12 month and 4 x 18 month fuel cycles. LTO Project demand for fuel cycle II

  7. It is possible, that it will not be possible to realize those cycles, but we expect that we define frontier of possible VVER-440 fuel cycle more realistic. LTO Project demand for fuel cycle III

  11. Conclusions I • Fuel cycle of Dukovany NPP was shortly described. • Dukovany LTO Project impact to fuel cycle strategy was discussed. • RPV dose on EDU-3 was shown.
