  23. FINANCES WW and all regions closed their accounts for fye 2012 with positive results The achievement of a balanced financial situation grants stability and the opportunity for future investments
  24. NEW DUES POLICY The Board established a new guideline on collection, so that if a firm misses paying two consecutive quarters of worldwide dues, then that firm will be asked to pay their annual worldwide dues upfront for the next year. If they do not, the board, at its discretion, can take appropriate action towards such member, including the decision to expel the firm.
