Thoughts • We have a solid understanding of much – indeed most – of our data • We can comment on distributions, constraint, selection in the human linage etc • We have effective unbiased ways to integrate data • Segmentation and super labels • We have effective targeted analysis • Discriminative training, Chromatin<->RNA correlations • We have involved integration across elements • Co-occupancy matrix, Chia-Pet, 5C, Networks • We can both rank and provide compelling hypotheses for non coding GWAS hits • This generalises to Personal genomics

  3. Summary We have mastery of our data There are interesting things that we have learnt from our data We are in the position to write the main paper (hurray!)
