  3. Flambare Contrassegnare Prelevare

  4. Seminare Flambare

  5. Aggiungere il terreno fuso a45-50°C cercando di fare dei movimenti rotatori alla piastra per amalgamare bene il campione.

  6. Far solidificare ed incubare in termostato.
