Industry Adoption of ITI for Skilled Manpower Supply

Learn about the benefits of adopting an Industrial Training Institute (ITI) for skilled manpower supply in two ways: partial adoption by selecting specific trades or complete adoption of the entire ITI. Industries can save on training costs, utilize available resources, and fulfill social commitments through this collaboration. Participation from industries in modernizing infrastructure, providing OJT, and training ITI students/staff is crucial. Establishing a model project for industry-institute interaction can create a state-of-the-art learning environment for students from lower socioeconomic backgrounds. Explore the possibilities of collaboration for a mutually beneficial outcome.
