This study compares the efficacy of drug-eluting stents (DES) versus bare-metal stents (BMS) in treating saphenous vein graft occlusions over a 35-month follow-up period. The results show DES to be more favorable in reducing adverse events like death, MI, TLR, TVR, and TVF.
