  3. Team Activities • Team warm-up • Stretching • Form running • “Breaking it off” • Team Transportation • Our athletes ride the bus to and from every meet. • Everyone on the infield • All of our athletes are on the infield cheering on their teammates during the 3200m runs and 4x400m Relay

  4. From the Bottom Up • District wide 5th & 6th grade Track Meet • Have coaches and athletes help • Middle School Track Meets • Ran by High School Coaches and athletes • Great time for recruiting • Middle School Program • Our Middle School has the same structure as the High School

Extrinsic RewardsCelebrate everyone's achievements • Personal Records (PR’S) • We keep a record of all athletes personal records throughout the year. • Fireball or Blow Pop for each PR • Gatorade Athlete of the Week • Each week our coaches vote for one male and one female athlete • State Qualifier T-Shirts
