  2. It is important to visit your family dentist at least twice a year for a routine checkup or when you have a dental emergency.

  3. If you are brushing and flossing your teeth frequently, then you likely won’t develop any decay in your teeth or inflammation in your gum tissue.

  4. With proper dental care, you probably will never require a dental crown, but in some cases, a dentist will recommend this restoration to save the underlying tooth.
