  2. Many individuals from bodybuilders and performance athletes to people with significant weight to lose have achieved their weight loss goals using either the ECA stack or the EC Stack.

  3. A stack is a combination of supplements that when used together enhance and amplify the effectiveness of each other. In the ECA stack, we see Ephedrine, Caffeine and Aspirin work together to create a powerful thermogenic and fat burning effect.

  4. Ephedrine HCL is on its own an effective treatment to increase the body’s natural metabolism, but when used with caffeine in either an ECA or an EC stack you can expect to lose weight even faster.

  5. Whether you decide to use an EC Stack or an ECA Stack is often a matter of personal preference. Some individuals prefer the combination in the EC Stack dosage more as the aspirin can occasionally cause stomach discomfort.
