Summary • Survey representative of counties and sectors • 50% sites lie across the “digital divide” • ISP satisfaction – cup 2/3 full? or 1/3 empty? • Average dedicated connection price is in the ballpark, but many pay much less now for slow-speed connections • 2 in 3 believe future applications are important to them • 87% are interested in MNT InfoHub (a cmty-based co-op) • Opportunity is over next 18 months
