  3. 2012 Legislative Priorities • Federal funding for PMR training programs • Protect the PPHF • Improve access/utilization of clinical preventive services

  4. Federal funding for PMR • Engage Legislative branch officials • Engage Executive branch officials (OMB) • Engage Administrative branch officials (HHS)

  5. Federal Funding for PMR Outcome: • New initiative to expose preventive medicine residents to evidence-based integrative medicine curricula

  6. Protect the PPHF • Work with likeminded stakeholder organizations • Work with national public health and prevention-focused coalitions

They’re the kind of people who’d stop to help you change a flat, but would somehow manage to set your car on fire. I would be reluctant to entrust them with a Cuisinart, let alone the economy…
