Mood & Atmosphere: The atmosphere is spooky of the clip is spooky and the mood created can make the audience feel something serious about to happen, the flickering of lights in the background helps make the clip look mysterious . • Fonts: the way the fonts are introduced is like a spider web which links into the title which is creative, the font used is clear and it fades in out of the darkness which may have been used to blend into the spooky atmosphere of the clip • Colours: The colours used are generally quite dark, this may be used to help build a spooky and tense atmosphere • Music: Straight away at the start of the clip we hear music which sounds spooky and helps build suspense.

  4. 8 Seconds in • Sound: We start to hear two people talking with each other • In addition to this we still have what sounds like a whistle in the background which helps create suspense. • We also hear what sounds like a broken radio, squeals, and a hospital machine sound. This all helps build a mysterious atmosphere which helps create tension.

  5. 37 seconds in • The title for the clip is introduced • Editing: During this the background fades to black and the font stands out • Sound: In addition to this the sound changes and we hear a sharp noise which can make the audience feel a shiver and help build up suspense.

  6. 1:40 • Atmosphere: We see a dark clip of a car travelling a long a road at night, on empty roads by woods which may help create a scary, gloomy atmosphere. • Camerawork: The longshot can make the audience feel like the characters are being watched which can help create tension. • Sound: During this we still hear people talking

  7. 2:01 • A helicopter comes into the car scene which helps illustrate the idea that the characters are being watched which contributes to the suspense being created.
