Trigeminal Neuralgia N=141(86F/55M) SUCCESS RATE: 85% 21 REVISION SURGERY ON 15 CASES • 6 cases: recurrence due to fibrous tissue inducing new neurovascular conflict – 4 success, 2 failures • 3 cases: teflon displacement – 3 successes • 2 cases: aberrant vein – 1 success, 1 failure • 4 cases: no explanation, 4 partial rhizotomy Success rate: 92%
